We are always pleased to hear from Speech and Language Therapists looking to work with independent clients and welcome the submission of CVs to

We have clinic work available in our Swansea and Cardiff premises, alongside home and school visits throughout the South Wales region.  Our Swansea clinic headquarters is well-stocked with assessments and therapy resources, alongside a large collection of reference books and photocopiable therapy books.  Most of our therapists work part-time, around other work or family commitments, although some therapists have gradually increased their hours to full-time.  We are pleased to welcome motivated, enthusiastic therapists with a strong knowledge of the evidence base who enjoy working within a highly professional, independent environment.

Experienced Therapists

We welcome experienced therapists who are looking for some specialist clinics or would enjoy returning to community clinic work.  There are also opportunities for remote specialist therapists who are interested in supervising junior SLTs (by Skype and telephone) or engaging in project work such as producing leaflets or providing second opinions.

Newly Qualified Therapists

We have enjoyed employing a number of NQTs who have worked through their competencies and achieved a great deal within the clinic. Our existing NQTs have successfully completed their competencies and have enjoyed the benefits of a mixed adult and paediatric caseload.  All therapists participate in weekly supervision and regularly discuss patients' goals with their supervisor.  There are various training and CPD opportunities, which are open to all staff.

If you are interested in our work and would like to apply or discuss the opportunities further, then please contact us.
